When I saw how simple it was for people to sell Mia Bella Candles, and after investigating the enormity of the candle business worldwide, I realized that with this quality of product, we are sitting on a virtual GOLDMINE, and we can offer lots of people the GOLD. it is merely theirs for the taking if they are willing to apply themselves for from 3 to 5 years.

In my first network Marketing endeavor, I was taught by people who were earning high six-figure incomes, that you could have a big business with a capital B.IF you really WANT IT as long as you were willing to pay a small price for it. I fortunately found out that they were right. I learned that if you have a great product that is visible, emotional, and consumable, and that many people can make money marketing it, then you have the potential to grow your business BIG . Most people are capable of building a six- figure income if they would only believe it to be possible for themselves. Some do, but the many don’t. That’s too bad. What must one do? One must be willing to become their OWN MASTER.

Probably the strongest motivating factor to building a large Scent-Sations organization is a strong desire to change one’s lifestyle. How many of us have been locked into a job or have been slaves to a business that works us to the bones. I did. Time freedom is one of the benefits of working hard for a few years to build a substantial network that will pay you a residual income for life. Enough money to keep completely out of debt is a common desire that most people have. Some people want new houses or luxury cars, or better schools for the kids. Whatever is the motivating force, DESIRE is the one key factor needed by anyone who wants to build a large business.

Let’s see why Scent-Sations is the one company that I see for the future that will allow more people to build that significant nest egg of residual income. My past experience in network marketing showed that very few made money at all. Those that did made tons of money, but those that didn’t made little or none at all. The reason was that few people wanted to or could sell enough of the product to get others to want to do the same. Therefore, most of the independent distributors used the product and got others to use the products as well when they signed up as distributors, but very few people bothered to sell the product to the end user, the retail customer. One of the main factors was that most of the products were overpriced and/or were not products that people were looking for. People had to be educated on the benefits and quite often, most of the potential customers didn’t want to listen to a long spiel about what made these products work.

Scent-Sations, on the other hand, has products that at least 80% of the population use. People would switch to Mia Bella candles and Bella bars if they only knew about them, and the people who have switched to them will never go back. Here is why I believe that Scent-Sations could eventually be one of the greatest income producing businesses for those who have the desire to live a fairytale lifestyle. Most people, even those who call themselves “non-sales types,” can sell our candles. You don’t need a lengthy explanation of ingredients, you don’t have to sell on the quality, you just have to let people experience the fragrances and see how clean they burn to become believers in the product. It’s that simple. That means that the majority of our distributors don’t just use the products, they also sell them to others. Some sell a lot. Some sell a little, but with a proportionately small effort, it is easy to do.

In order to earn a large income, sales volume has to grow in your six level organization, and now with the Director position, unlimited levels. Think of this. Every time you sponsor a new person, and they sell some product, they make a retail profit, but you get paid an override on the commissionable volume of the wholesale. As you and they sponsor more and more people who are moving product, the volume grows and so does your check. I have experienced and seen others build sales organizations that moved millions of dollars worth of product every month. Even 5%of $1 million is a lot of money to earn per month. With Scent-Sations the potential is there to earn that and more.

Think of how it would feel to be FREE of the Rat race and of stress, marching through life with a big smile on your face because you SAW yourself one day living your Dream, until one day, that dream BECAME YOUR REALITY.

For me, Network Marketing has always been about freedom. Freedom from a boss, a "set" schedule, a "set" income, etc. I caught the vision of the "big picture" in Network Marketing from day one.

So, I learned very early on about sponsoring others and coaching them on building a successful business. I entrenched myself in this and did not spend a lot of time "product focused" in the past.

When Scent-sations "showed up" as an option for me, I had some personal self doubts because I had never really worked the product side of a business before. I had built solely around sponsoring others and personal consumption, meaning that no one was really out promoting the product.

Once I educated myself more about direct sales, and experienced our product line myself, I quickly saw the value in establishing a steady, consistent customer base, along with my focused efforts on sponsoring. This is a product that I can not keep my mouth shut about and it works its way into my day to day life quite easily.

Within no time, I was able to see the value in having people get truly excited about a product, and go out and sell that product, putting cash in their pockets each day. Group volume builds very quickly when you have a combined effort of retailing and sponsoring. Gone are the days of teaching people solely how to recruit others. And, with that, gone are the days of large attrition rates and disgruntled representatives.

Scent-sations offers so much opportunity to us and it never ceases to amaze me. We have three very solid ways to earn income and it is so easy to incorporate all three of these into daily life. We have beautiful brochures and each month, we receive 12 magical votives that will do most of the work for us. I love the fact that I am able to take the tentative, slightly skeptical new distributor and teach her or him how to profit from day one. No worries about recruiting and teaching others. Just some focus on the product and letting the business fall in place.

As this new distributor builds up some success stories, and ultimately some confidence, he/she will trip over some people who also want to do the business, find some fundraiser's, and continue to earn income through retailing.

As I watch our pay plan and product line expanding, I get so excited at the advancement that each month brings. We are YOUNG, we are DYNAMIC and NOW is the time.

The quality and quantity of people joining our company each month confirms my belief that we offer some unique, timely and exciting. People are not jumping into (and then quickly out of) our company because we offer some hyped up pay plan. We are building a very solid business and future for the long term because people are joining based on the product FIRST, and then the business.

Each time I speak to someone about the business, I hope that I am able to impart to them my excitement and passion about where we are today, and what lies ahead for us in the very near future. My year and a half with this company, this product and my awesome team of success partners has been a wonderful experience. I have grown, learn and advanced more rapidly than with anything I have done in the past.

Jan & I were the least likely candidates to switch to selling Mia Bella candles. Jan was very busy with her career as a nurse anesthetist, working 100+ hours as the senior anesthetist at a rural hospital. She also had no interest in sales of any kind. I owned my own telecom marketing company, which kept me very busy. We had a couple dozen sales reps and had survived for 9 years in a very competitive industry. I wasn't making a lot of money, but my company was solid and had a very good reputation.

But I had done one thing that told Charlie that I might be a prospect. I had told him that I knew where telecom was going over the next decade, and that I didn't think I would every make a lot of money in that field. So, I was willing to look at other products, but only if they were a new innovation on an existing product. It had to be honest, consumable, and easy to sell. A year later he called me and told me about Mia Bella soy candles.

I hated candles! They irritated my asthma and didn't like the smell at all. But, and here's the key, I was willing to listen to someone I trusted. The first thing I did was search the Internet for information on paraffin, the leading product in the candle industry, then on soy, the new product in this old industry. What I found piqued my interest. From 1999 to 2000 there were several reports on paraffin that were not flattering, and also on soy that were very good. I was ready to at least try this product.

Within a week of getting a case of Mia Bella candles we had sold over 4 cases. I did the math and discovered that this could be a very profitable venture. For one, I found that every one I talked to loved candles. Second, they got very excited when I said this new candle had no soot that we could see, seemed to burn longer, had no toxins, and they really smelled good. That's all it took.

People would almost push me aside to get at those candles on the table! After selling long distance for over a decade, this reaction was shocking! People wanted this new candle, and would stop by our house demanding to see them, then demanding that I sell candles to them. This was a whole paradigm shift for me. I saw the vision right then that this was the "brass ring" of sales. We immediately started ordering thousands of dollars in candles and lining up shows, fairs, and candle parties. It didn't matter that I knew very little about candles, they sold no matter how poor my sales presentation. This was unbelievable!

When Scent-Sations was started 18 months later, and I saw the total picture of what this product and program could do, I knew from the first day that this was going to make some people very wealthy over the next few years. This is a product that is recession proof, affordable, and delivers all that is promised. To sell all I have to do is show the candle. To recruit all I have to do is give an overview of the program. People call or email asking how to get involved.

The original question to us was "Why we see the BIG picture" with Scent-Sations. Over the years I have seen a lot of companies, with a wide variety of products, and an even more diverse number of marketing plans. I have seen distributors enter those programs, spend hundreds or thousands of dollars, and have dreams of millions. 6 to 12 months later they are beat up, deep in the red, and disillusioned.

Sure, some got rich, but thousands of others never made anything. From the first day I saw that Scent-Sations had a product line that was easy to sell and in great demand. Even a shy distributor could sell these candles, and we heard a lot of stories that verified that fact. People that had never been able to sponsor anyone were signing up people every week. retention has been phenomenal, and sales records are broken almost every month. I tell every new member to look at this in its simplest terms. This is a candle, not rocket science. Yes, it's new and innovative, but it's a simple candle - don't complicate it!

When someone buys a candle, tell them about the program. The superior quality of the candle makes the sale, and the simplicity of the plan signs people up. Show the candle, talk about the program - repeat. Now watch sales go up and the commission check grow. Help others to do the same thing. Repeat. It just doesn't get any easier!

New York Candle of the Month Distributor Has "INSTANT SUCCESS!"

I received a Mia Bella candle from my mother-in-law for a gift and I couldn't believe how amazing my house smelled. I realized how healthy it was to burn and that got me very excited about sharing this new "treasure" with all of my friends

I contacted Mia Bella Distributor, Christina Valone, who sponsored me and talked to me about my goals and desires for this business. I quickly ordered the candle of the month online along with the fast start pack and I was on my way to making money!

I placed my order on a Friday and received everything on Saturday and sold 2 cases of Hot Apple Pie and Pumpkin Spice by Sunday! I am so excited on how fast I can make money by just investing only $39.99 a month.

As I am writing this I'm putting together another case order. I have already ordered over $1000 dollars worth of products so you do the math and you will see how much retail profits I have already made!

With the holidays around the corner I'm eager to see how many more friends I can show these amazing candles to. I plan on becoming a Diamond in my first month!

DISTIBUTORS OF THE MONTH: BILL AND DARLENE MITCHELL!

About a year and a half ago, Darlene and I were called by my mother and asked to buy a candle from a fundraiser that my nephew was participating in to earn extra money for his football team. We said okay, told her to pick a scent and let us know when it gets there. When the candle came in, we saw that it was a Mia Bella Candle and that she picked Island Mango for us. We paid for it took it home and being and started to burn it. Besides the great smell, we noticed that this candle was different because it was not giving off the black soot. We looked all over the jar to see where we could get the candle and did not find a name of who sold it to the fundraising group. Over the next year, we coveted that candle. We burned it for short periods, just long enough to put the scent through the house. We gave up looking.

We did the next best thing and bought soy candles. One weekend during our weekly trip to the local flea market, and just after purchasing $30.00 worth of product from a nice old woman that made her own soy candles, we turned a corner and low and behold, there was the candle. Our search had ended. We immediately went over and started talking with the two women that had collaborated up to sell their new candles. Darlene and I both knew how great the candles were, so they did not need to convince us of anything. We wanted to know how we could get them other than the flea market. They explained that we could buy them direct and we asked where we sign. Now, these women were also very new to the business, only one week doing it, and they said they could get the application for us the next week. We thanked them, said we would be back the next week, and went home to do our homework. We had no plans to go into business, but as soon as we saw the company site, after a minor search on the Internet, duh, did not think of that before, we knew we needed to be a part of this company. We printed off the application, went down the next week with the application, brought it home with one of the women’s information on it, and faxed it to the company. We were in business.

We picked up our first order on May 1, 2004. We were amazed that an owner of the company, Bob Scocozzo, would take time out of his busy schedule to meet with us on a Saturday. We went armed with $400.00 and said, "What can we get?" Bob was great at directing us what to purchase and we walked out of there feeling like a million bucks for a mere $400.00. That was the best investment we ever made in our lives. We have never added additional money to that initial investment. We were not a block and a half from the warehouse that day and the phenomenon began. Out of the trunk of our car, which we laid out on the street, we sold six jars, a bar of soap and a body wash, all within 25 minutes of leaving the factory. It continued, we stopped at a few relatives’ houses that day and by the time our first day was over, we had sold a case of jars, a dozen votives, four bars of soap, two body washes. We were in shock. Since that day, the momentum has not stopped. That $400.00 investment (we did not add another cent) has turned itself over into a stock of 15 cases of jars, (we have at least one of every scent, and we originally planned to limit ourselves to having 36 scents. HA HA), at least a box of each votive scent, a dozen of each soap, body washes and Bella Buns, plus we have cash in the bank!

We have had the privilege to participate in three nice size fairs this summer, numerous craft shows, hosted home parties (cash and carry), and the best thing … we signed up new distributors to start building our residual income. This allowed us to be Diamond Distributors. Director next!

Now, neither one of us has ever really done retail sales. We are not network marketers. We are not Internet savvy. With this company, we have the tools to achieve our goals and our only limitations are those we place upon ourselves.

Darlene and I have met great people in our upline and downline. The Fall Fling 2004 was absolutely the best to attend. Bob, Charlie, Carmen, Lynn and the entire team at the Scent-Sations company have truly enriched our lives. We are proud to be members of this awesome team.

We have adopted this as our motto: T*E*A*M*W*O*R*K Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has!
